RENTAL INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $25.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee PER APPLICANT. Applications received without the fee will not be processed. It is recommended that all applicants that will be living together submit the applications at the same time.

WE WILL BEGIN ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE

FALL 2012 SEMESTER FEBRUARY 1st, 2012.

DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE APPLICATION IS APPROVED.

Once approved, you will be notified and required to pay your security deposit. Until the deposit is paid in full, the unit will be considered available.

THE ONLY WAY TO SECURE THE PROPERTY THAT YOU WOULD PREFER TO LIVE IN IS TO PAY THE DEPOSIT!
