Tabor Management, LLC, was established in 1991 by Larry S. Tabor and his son, Jeremy Tabor. Initially working together in Tabor Construction & Development, Inc., Larry and Jeremy spent many years specializing in the development and construction of multi-family residential condominiums throughout Northern Mississippi and the Alabama and Florida coasts. As they developed properties in Starkville, the need arose for a comprehensive management group to handle the day to day activities of their newly constructed properties, as well as assist their owners with association and rental management and maintenance of their units. Combining their experience in the construction business, together with a business-savvy support staff, Tabor Management was created and now manages over 400 properties and six Associations, and employs a staff of five that has over 45 years of collective experience managing properties.

Annabella Condominium Association – currently 14 members of a total of 19 condominiums (currently under construction with 10 units sold)

Pitot House at Belle Grove Condominium Association - 32 total  condominiums/members                      

The Creamy at Central Station Owners Association- manage 4 members

Belle Grove Condominium Homeowners Association – 60 member association (upon completion)

Starkville Station Owners Association- manage 44 units (upon completion)

Main Development, LLC – 5 commercial rental units
